This is a really beautiful deck. Cosmetically near-mint. Rewind is not working. I think it's a loose belt but I'm not 100% sure. When I originally got it both REW and FF were not working. The FF belt was very loose. I replaced it and now the FF works fine. It looks to me like the belt for REW is very small and I don't have any that will fit it. I'm sure you can find the correct belts here on ebay. I recommend ordering an entire new set and replacing all of them. After doing some research I see that a 100% working CT-F700 goes for about $400 and up. I've priced this much lower. You can get a new set of belts or even have it serviced and you should still be under $400. This also comes with the user's manual and schematic. I will pack it very securely.
