Project Assistant/OBIEE Administrator & Developer - Ref #30520

Under the direction of the Assistant Director of Business Solutions, the incumbent will lead and manage staff in the Business Analysis unit on projects such as system migrations, new technology implementations, state-wide initiatives, new enterprise-wide applications and business alignment. The incumbent will work with Executive management in the agencies in which the cluster engages. Duties include but are not limited to the following:
o Manage and lead the Business Analysis unit. o Represent business analysis in governance meetings. o Assist with system design changes or enhancements to Portfolio agency applications to increase the efficiency of Portfolio agency operations and improve quality, quantity and accessibility of information that is available. o Facilitate the overall analysis process using experience and professional judgment to accomplish department goals. o Gather input from Portfolio agency stakeholders on information needed for changes or enhancements and work with technical staff to create a design concept to address those issues. o Perform fact finding activities in Portfolio agencies to determine if existing processes could be enhanced with existing technology and software tools. o Research new technologies including hardware and software applications available to assist Portfolio agencies in meeting their business needs. o Assimilate, sort, and translate complex technical information into concise, clear, practical information and then determine priorities, plan workload and meet deadlines. o Establish a time frame for a design concept or project to be completed, set priority for work to be accomplished, work with Portfolio agency staff to gather information and make modifications to the concept or project. o Resolve technical issues with IT technical staff, external technical vendors, application vendors, web master, or other related project. o Review the final product with Portfolio agency to ensure it is functional and identify any required modifications. o Work with Portfolio agencies to create publications, materials, informational enhancements or modifications. o Evaluate applications and web pages used by the Portfolio agencies to ensure they meet business needs and recommend necessary modifications. o Acts as liaison between the Portfolio agencies and ITS to address issues as they arise that impact the ability to meet their IT needs. o Prepare training guides and job aids to assist in training for the Portfolio agencies staff where appropriate. o Solicit ideas and concerns from technology users regarding desired improvements and enhancements. Analyze and communicate gathered information to Manager. o Prepare summary reports detailing; problems, issue definitions, alternative solutions, recommendations and analysis as directed.

Salary Range:
From $0 to $102661 Annually
Minimum Qualification
Six years of experience in Business Analysis. Experience must include analysis of information and business requirements, design, development and implementation of business management solutions, and development of reports and queries. Experience providing IT Portfolio support including, but not limited to:
-- General business support, business and IT analysis, -- Governance guidance and support of all projects, enhancements and maintenance required by the agencies. The following degrees, preferably in computer science or a related field, may substitute for the general experience as indicated:
o Associate's degree and five years of experience o Associate's degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and four years of experience o Bachelor's degree and four years of experience o Bachelor's degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and three years of experience o Master's degree in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional year of experience o Doctorate in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional two years of experience Preferred
Qualifications:
o The ideal candidate will have exemplary communication, analytical, and organizational skills. o Experience facilitating communication with a diverse group of executives, manager, technical experts, and subject matter experts for IT Projects. o Experience managing a team. o Work effectively in a team environment. o Experience participating in IT projects related to managed care and the health care industry. o Experience participating in projects utilizing the Service Now (ITSM) Project Module.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
