Essential Duties /
Responsibilities:
Working 99% on electrical Equipment, DC powered
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on all electric and gas industrial equipment
Inspect, align and perform performance test to equipment specifications
Observe mechanical devices in operation to locate cause(s) of trouble
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain all industrial equipment within the heavy industrial environment
Schedule repairs to minimize disruption to the warehouse flow
Respond quickly to daily breakdowns
Create and maintain all maintenance and training records in order
Perform battery charging, changing and maintenance
Welding and cutting
Other routine tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Background electric Hi-Lo and Pallet Jack repair
Capable of multi tasking
Strong attention to detail and follow through
Completion of tasks in a safe and timely manner
Maintain excellent housekeeping in work areas
Education and or
Experience:
High school degree or equivalent
Certifications in industrial electric and gas equipment repair and maintenance
Building maintenance on dock equipment, minor electric and plumbing repair

years maintenance experience required
