About Your Job:
As the Specialist Learning and Development - Cargo you will be responsible for developing and facilitating group training and instructional programs, covering a wide range of process, system and regulatory development areas in accordance with an agreed training plan. You will ensure that people are equipped with the required behavioural knowledge and skills to support the business in achieving its objectives.
While creating solid professional relationships with management at all levels within the business you will act as an ambassador for Group Learning and Development by forging and maintaining positive relationships with internal and external customers. You can expect to coach and be coached by fellow colleagues and team members.
You will be required to design and develop training materials based on best practice Learning & Development methodology.
You will be challenged initiate new training based on prior experience and needs analysis and facilitate training programs to a world class standard, using adult-learning and learner focused techniques.
About You:
You will hold a Bachelors Degree required from a recognised university and a formal accreditation in training required from IATA or equivalent is required. Excellent English communication skills are necessary and the ability to communicate in Arabic is beneficial.
You will need a minimum of 5 years aviation experience and a minimum of at least 3 years of experience in aviation training.
You will have experience on the ramp in handling Dangerous Goods is mandatory and a certification from a Civil Aviation Authority will be an advantage.
