B2B Outside Sales

Beginning 5 years ago in Delaware, we have expanded our program to over 25 States as well as Canada and Spain. Our mission is to provide all of our clients with the most cost effective direct marketing program while delivering their message directly into the homes of their current and potential customers. We are seeking sales representatives to develop and maintain exclusive territories in the local market as an Advertising Consultant.
Job Summary
You will conduct the sales and marketing of our advertising program. Once the sales portfolio has been established, the role becomes more of an account and territory manager, maintaining that book of business, and continually selling as needed.
This is a work from home sales position. However, most of the time is spent in the field on behalf of the clients in a very fast paced, business to business sales environment. The sales cycle of our product is short, and almost all sales are made on the first or second visit to the client, typically within the same week.
This role is results driven and therefore compensation is paid 100% commission. First year income expectation is $50,000-$60,000 per year plus room to grow as territory matures.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Seek out client partners to expand our effective marketing program
- Sell advertising space on our medium to local businesses
- Effectively communicate with the clients, design team and leadership
- Follow up with clients with email, phone calls and face to face meeting
- Attend daily morning conference calls
- Consistently update and maintain sales reports
- Deliver results and meet deadlines
- Build and maintain a solid client portfolio
Experience and Requirements
- Proven sales track record in a business to business environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to self-manage and work independently a MUST
- Computer, printer, scanner and cell phone, as well as the ability to effectively use them
- Positive, professional, go-getter mentality
- Work in the field 30 hours a week, 10 hours a week in the home office
- Able to prioritize, multitask and consistently meet deadlines

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
