Functional Requirements Services -
o Gather data, track weekly, publish On-time Delivery metrics for Global fulfillment teams.
o Develop and maintain Year-to-Date and Quarter-to-Date Sales Reports for the United States and Canada customer base.
o Generate and implement continuous improvement opportunities to streamline the reporting processes. o Update customer delivery dates in Oracle for Down Turbine customer orders/
o Run customer specific reports to evaluate potential LD risk for late shipments.
o All other duties as assigned
Deliverables -
o Update customer delivery dates weekly in Oracle for Down Turbine customer orders.
o Gather and consolidate data for On-time delivery metrics on a weekly basis.
o Post all data and reports in shared GE Folders on a weekly basis.
o Publish YTD Global On-Time Delivery Metrics on a monthly basis.
o Publish QTD Sales Reports on a twice per week basis and as needed for special requests such as end of quarter closing.
o Publish YTD Sales Reports monthly at the end of each calendar month. Volume -
o Insert estimated volumes, if known
Skills - Professional
o 4-year degree from an accredited college.
o Ability to work independently and set own priorities.
o Strong database (Excel, Access, vlookup, formulas, etc), ability to create graphs, charts from data, analyze data
o Ability to learn Oracle and other systems
o Strong interpersonal and communication skills Skills -
Basic
o 4-year degree from an accredited college
o Ability to work independently and set own priorities
o Professional demeanor
o Strong conflict resolution, problem solving and negotiation skills
o Demonstrated tenacity and persistence
Enters data into computer using various data entry devices. Inputs lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic in computer-readable format. Compares data entered with source documents, or re-enters data in verification format on screen to detect errors. :
May compile, sort, and verify accuracy of data to be entered. May manipulate existing data, edit current information, or proofread new entries in database for accuracy.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
