HR Compliance Counsel
The candidate will have following
Responsibilities: Work closely with various internal and external stake-holders / experts to provide counsel and strategic direction regarding compliance with (?FEP?) laws globally, and with company?s ?The Spirit and The Letter? Integrity practices. Partner with Ombuds, L&E counsel, and Human Resouces (HR) personnel in connection with FEP and employment-related investigations globally (assigning investigators for sensitive investigations, providing investigation counseling, designing / delivering investigations training, and reviewing / approving investigatory closure reports). Ensure HR and Business practices, policies and programs are in compliance with state, federal and global FEP laws, and develop action plans to improve compliance as appropriate; serve as an HR risk leader. Assist with building and coordinating with an HR network globally to drive / co-ordinate roll-out of HR and compliance-related tools and processes. Stay abreast of FEP-related claims, to spot trends in need of attention (training / communications, process / policy changes, audits). Provide guidance during Risk Roll-Up compliance reviews, design / deliver FEP training programs, and provide guidance to the Compliance team generally, as FEP Ombuds Policy Owner. Serve as lead investigator on select high-profile / complex investigations. Provide oversight for investigation of select formal FEP-related complaints (ADR, US Agency filings), and development of formal responses. Work closely with L&E counsel and HR to provide counsel, strategic direction, and training regarding HR-practices compliance, including pay practices, equal treatment / diversity, contingent worker utilization, performance management, disability accommodations, leave law compliance, disciplinary practices, and hiring practices. Support global sourcing and commercial teams in connection with contractual provisions (EEO, privacy) and Requests For Proposals (RFPs). Stay abreast of legal, regulatory and policy developments affecting FEP / Integrity / HR-practices compliance, and inform appropriate parties of any changes and impact. Work with HR and Ombuds information systems to run reports, as needed. Develop and manage HR compliance process improvement projects to assist in identifying and addressing HR risks, as assigned.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
