Ability to work on a team, work independently, and work with your hands Ability to learn to operate machines and use hand tools, cutting tools, drills, typically associated with carpentry as necessary Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, stand for 8-12-hour shifts Reliable transportation Flexibility to work overtime as needed Your Career Starts Here at Latham, The Pool Company!
