The Human Resources Manager will carry out the day-to-day administration of the department and implement the various functions which include benefit programs, employee relations, recruitment and selection, employee performance management, staff training and development, compensation and on and off-boarding activities.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with the Executive team and supervisors in the development of performance plans, disciplinary procedures, budgets, staff development and training and disciplinary procedures when necessary Maintains personnel documents and files Maintains agency Policy and Procedures Manual Maintains the recruiting, hiring and on and off boarding process Ensures all Human Resources documentation is complete and accurate Conducts open enrollment benefits meetings and prepares all paperwork Prepares all documents for payroll changes
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration required PHR helpful Five years of experience in a Human Resources leadership role Strong written and verbal communications skills Ability to perform well under fast-paced conditions and work independently to accomplish department goals and initiatives Ability to relate to a wide range of people and communicate the mission of the agency Must be able to work with computers, effectively handle conflict and reach satisfactory solutions Job Type:

Up to $62,000.
