You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information.
Team-based training sessions ensure that each person in our company has the opportunity to learn from our top representatives.

Responsibilities:
Provide information about the benefit products and insurance services Troubleshoot and resolve event issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Provide customer support and handling customer inquiries Relationship building with new and existing clients
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Impeccable interpersonal skills and friendly attitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
