Schenectady, NY Schenectady, NY Full-time Full-time $18 - $20 an hour $18 - $20 an hour Appolo Heating is an established and growing company seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team.
We are a leading HVAC home services provider and we are looking for a reliable, personable and motivated person to be our newest CSR.
You will answer inbound service calls and make outbound calls, talking to both existing customers and new/potential customers.
Providing an excellent customer experience and service is our #1 priority.
We take care of our customers first and foremost.
You will be empowered to do what it takes to assist them every time.
You will schedule appointments and follow up calls, and use your communication skills and active listening skills to help the customer.
No two days are ever the same.
You will work along side co-workers and a department manager who will provide you with coaching and support along the way.
In addition to earning an hourly salary, you have potential to earn additional money from commissions each month.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
