The VP of Supply Chain for P1 Manufacturing is a management position responsible for building and running a high-performing team across multiple business divisions, developing, and executing supply chain strategies for our primary commodities, expanding our supplier base, and managing supplier performance.
The VP of Supply Chain will work closely with company leadership to develop supplier-based growth strategies, establish operating budgets, and execute revenue and profit targets.

Responsibilities:
Manage a supply chain team and develop them into a high performing group capable of executing cost, growth, fulfillment, and quality driven strategies Set growth targets and operating budgets for supplier-based revenues, align teams, establish the primary objectives, and execute Manage complete set of KPI's, manage team to exceed targets and plans Develop comprehensive supplier strategies to improve overall performance in cost, quality, and delivery o Create and manage a scalable process for identifying, developing, qualifying, and growing new supplier relationships Support the operations and sales teams in aligning supplier capabilities with product mix and customer expectations, while consistently delivering enhanced quality outcomes Execute on inventory plans (JIT) and drive better cash outcomes Support lean and kaizen culture by working cross-functionally to improve supply chain processes and supporting systems Work directly with Fortune 100 customer base as necessary Requirements:

Requirements as follows:
Minimum 10 years of experience in a supply chain leadership role, preferably in a larger company with responsibility for managing multiple commodities Demonstrated expertise in building and running high performing teams with direct management responsibility Experience setting annual budgets and plans, with P&L responsibility and the management of comprehensive KPI's Extensive background in manufacturing, with raw materials experience preferred, working to support the design and delivery of engineered products Entrepreneurial thinker who is excited about building something fast paced and high growth, while maintaining world class quality and performance standards Demonstrated expertise using data to drive improvement Lean and/or Six Sigma certifications or equivalent experience Strong preference for someone with a 4-year engineering degree and track record of moving into management roles You should be proficient in:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
