Pay range is $124,894 - $143,628 /YearlyCandidates are eligible for 15k in bonus- 5k starting, 5k retention, 5k in moving (only if they live more than 50 miles from practice location)Supplemental benefits start day 1- no waiting period!REQUIREMENTS :
