Electrical Maintenance Generalist needed for a direct hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Schenectady, NY.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Maintain and Modify Machine tools, process equipment and facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment electronic controls.
- Maintain and make repairs to electrical systems and components including electric motors, electrical controls, chiller controls and shop machine power feeds.
- Run conduit, and replace fuses, wire equipment to power
- Test systems for proper functionality.
- Works with: Hand tools: wrenches, sockets, ratchets, screwdrivers, pry bars, hammers, drills, reamers, scrapers, hydraulic and manual crimpers, cable cutters, soldering tools, wire labeling, VOM meters, voltage testers, oscilloscopes, programmers.
- Machine tools: grinders, milling, saws, EDM, presses, drills, pipe threading.
- Measuring devices: Scales, micrometers, vernier calipers, tape measure, thermal measuring devices, lasers, levels, vibration analysis.
What You Need To Bring To The Table:
- Two (2) plus years of experience in Electrical Maintenance.
- AS degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent
- Machine Tool Maintenance
- Maintenance, Facilities or Manufacturing background in large industrial or manufacturing facility. - Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and repair a wide range of large and small machine tools, lathes, drill presses, milling machines, planers, hydraulic presses, punch presses, robots, etc.
- Able and willing to work any shift
- Able and willing to work overtime hours.
